Overview

This cooking class takes place in Kyoto at COZY Kitchen and lasts about two and a half hours. It is led by professional chefs, including a ramen master and a certified MagicalTrip guide, both English-speaking. Participants learn to prepare three dishes from scratch: ramen, gyoza dumplings, and fried rice. The class begins promptly, and late arrivals cannot join or receive refunds. During the session, the chefs provide step-by-step instructions on making ramen broth and noodles, preparing crispy gyoza, and cooking flavorful fried rice. Two drinks are included, with a choice between alcoholic or soft beverages. The guide takes photos during the class and sends them by email afterward. Downloadable recipes are provided to help participants recreate the dishes at home. The class welcomes all cooking levels and participants aged six and older; children must be supervised by an adult when using knives or performing tasks that require caution. The ramen broth uses pork, so the meal is not vegetarian, and special dietary requests such as vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free cannot be guaranteed due to kitchen conditions. If participants are late or get lost, they should go directly to COZY Kitchen, which can be found on Google Maps. This group class may include other participants and is not recommended for individuals with mobility issues.
