Queenstown Hill

Riders use fully automatic 400cc 4WD quad bikes operated by Nomad Quad Safaris. The company has exclusive access to Queenstown Hill, offering a wide network of trails with different terrain types. The tour is adapted to the group’s ability with full training provided to all participants, ensuring a safe and suitable ride. The ride duration is about three hours.

Meeting point

If you have your own vehicle, you can park out at the Nomad Safaris Quad Bike meeting place - Tucker Beach Recreational Reserve. The car park is located very close to our quad base. You can park it there at your own risk and we can pick you up. Please note pickup will be fifteen minutes later.

Main pickup is at Info & Track on 37 Shotover Street; free parking is available at Nomad Safaris Quad Bike Pick Up Location at 420 Tucker Beach Road with pickup on the way if requested.
Quad biking requires physical strength; guides assess rider suitability and may restrict participation based on safety risk factors related to size and strength.
All riders receive a safety briefing and quad bike training before departure; those not deemed competent may not continue riding but may ride as a passenger on a guide’s bike if offered.
A valid credit or debit card is required at check-in to cover possible damage charges up to $2,500; no participation or refund without this.
