Overview

After arriving at Rome’s airport, a professional chauffeur will meet the passengers upon landing to provide a private transfer to their hotel or accommodation. The chauffeur monitors the inbound flight to ensure timely pickup without waiting. The drivers speak Italian or very basic English only. The transfer uses a deluxe Mercedes Benz with air conditioning. For door-to-door service, the accommodation must be accessible to vehicles; if not, the driver will stop as close as legally possible and help passengers reach their lodging on foot. Vehicles accommodate up to 8 passengers, which is the largest allowed in city centers. Groups larger than 8 will require multiple vehicles. Luggage capacity depends on the number of passengers: 1-2 passengers can bring 2 suitcases and 2 carry-ons, 3-6 passengers can bring 6 suitcases and 6 carry-ons, and 7-8 passengers can bring 8 suitcases and 8 carry-ons. Booking requires flight arrival time, flight number, and hotel name and address in Rome. The transfer takes about 45 minutes.
