This small-group wine country tour from San Francisco lasts about nine and a half hours and includes hotel pickup between 8:30 and 9am from selected downtown locations. The group travels north across the Golden Gate Bridge while the guide provides live commentary about San Francisco's history and the surrounding scenery. Possible wineries visited include Peter Cellars, Homewood Winery, Mayo Family Winery, Wellington Cellars, Seamus Wines, and BR Cohn, depending on availability. Around midday, the group stops in the historic Sonoma Plaza for a one-hour lunch break. Lunch is not included, but guests can choose from several restaurants on the square. Visitors may also explore the plaza, visit Mission San Francisco Solano, or browse local shops. After lunch, the tour resumes with wine tastings at the remaining wineries. On the return trip to San Francisco, there is a brief stop in the seaside village of Sausalito for about 15 minutes.
