This 90-minute surf lesson takes place in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, at a beach break directly in front of the original surf school established in 1989. The lesson welcomes all skill levels and is led by bilingual instructors trained in water and surf safety, CPR, and First Aid, many with over 10 years of experience at the school. Each participant receives a soft-top surfboard, rash guard, access to lockers, changing rooms, and shower facilities. The school is fully insured and emphasizes safety and individual attention to help students progress. Children under 12 must book private lessons for safety and personalized instruction. Semi-private lessons are available for groups of two or three traveling together. Hotel pickup and drop-off are not included. Gratuities are optional.
