The tour operates during the day or at night, providing different lighting conditions for photography. Each participant drives their own go-kart, which includes fuel and bottled water. Lockers are available for storing personal belongings. At the end of the tour, each participant receives one hard copy printed photo, and all digital photos are shared afterward via AirDrop or email. Photo shooting is handled by the guide so drivers can focus on driving and sightseeing. All drivers must hold a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) under the 1949 Geneva Convention in hardcopy form issued by an official agency in their country. Certain licenses require a Japanese translation obtained from the Japan Automobile Federation. Permits from some countries are not accepted, and digital or online copies of permits are not valid. Participants must obtain the proper permits before arriving in Japan. Action cameras are not included in the tour.
