You will learn how to prepare a complete Tuscan menu, from starter to dessert, including fresh handmade pasta. Each class includes 5 recipes. The menu may vary and can feature starters, soups, ravioli, gnocchi, pici with traditional sauces, meat dishes with sides, and regional Italian desserts. At the end of the lesson, sit down with your group and enjoy the meal you prepared, served with excellent Tuscan IGT wine, ¼ bottle per person.
