The group visits the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre for about 45 minutes to explore exhibits on the park’s history, flora, and fauna. Next, there is a one-hour walk along the Kuniya Walk to the Mutitjulu Waterhole at Uluru’s base. Here, visitors see ancient rock paintings and hear the Tjukurpa creation story of Kuniya and Liru from the Driver Guide. After the walk, the tour proceeds to the designated sunset viewing area. Guests can relax with sparkling wine while watching the sun set over the western horizon, observing the changing colors of Uluru. The total duration of the trip is about five hours, including hotel pickup and drop-off, coach travel, and commentary. There is an option to extend the evening with an outback BBQ dinner set among red sand dunes and desert oaks inside Uluru National Park.
