Overview

The Bonita Springs Guided Island EcoTour by Kayak or SUP with CLEAR Kayaks lasts about two and a half hours and takes place in the waters around Bonita Springs near Naples, Florida. Participants use standard kayaks, stand-up paddleboards (SUP), and CLEAR kayaks or paddleboards to explore Estero Bay and nearby islands. The route includes paddling through mangrove tunnels, visiting secluded beaches on islands, and stopping at prime shelling areas along the shore. The area is home to dolphins year-round and manatees during the warmer months. A guide leads the group throughout the tour, providing information about the local environment and wildlife. Life jackets (PFDs), dry boxes, maps, and wildlife guides are provided to all participants. Photos taken during the tour are included at no extra cost. Free parking is available for those attending. Tips for the guide are not included in the price. An optional variation called the CLEAR Kayak Sunset Glow Tour involves paddling to a remote beach on an island for shelling at sunset, then returning with underwater LED lights turned on beneath the kayaks to illuminate the water during the return trip.
