The guide provides explanations about the geology and formation of Rainbow Mountain. After a break at the top with snacks included, the group begins a 2 to 3-hour descent through Red Valley. Upon returning to the base, a chef prepares a gourmet lunch served in a traditional mud-house setting. The tour includes private transport to and from hotels in Cusco, an English/Spanish speaking guide, first aid kit and emergency oxygen, tea and coffee, breakfast at the trailhead, and snacks for the trek.
