If a participant arrives late without notifying in advance, the tour will be cancelled and a 100% cancellation fee will apply on the day, which is non-refundable.
Even with prior contact, the tour may be cancelled due to the convenience of other customers.
Participants must use an adult electric bicycle and be at least 145 cm tall.
Electric bicycles with child seats allow infants to ride free of charge.
Two children's cross bikes are available per booking; children under 15 years old and between 110 cm and 145 cm tall can use either children's or adult bicycles at the child rate.
Since electric bicycles with infant seats and children's cross bikes are limited, customers should contact before booking if these are needed.
Electric bicycles with child seats are for children weighing less than 22 kg and shorter than 115 cm.
If all infant and children's bicycles are fully booked, children who cannot use adult bicycles due to height may be unable to join; after booking, availability will be confirmed and communicated.
There is no free Wi-Fi on the tour, although Hiroshima Free Wi-Fi is available citywide.
The tour will include a mixed group of up to 10 participants.

In case of rain, the tour may be changed to a walking tour visiting the hypocenter site, which covers approximately 0.5 to 1 km; if this change is not accepted, a refund will be provided.
The Rainy Day Route is scheduled at 11:00 and 15:00, visiting Peace Memorial Park, Atomic Bomb Dome, Hypocenter, Former Bank of Japan, Fukuromachi Elementary School, and the main street, ending at 13:00 or 17:00.
