During the tour, participants will sample a variety of foods representing Oaxaca’s heritage. Meals include breakfast and lunch, accompanied by bottled water, tea, and coffee. The tour involves about one mile of walking, including some uphill sections and stairs, taking about six hours in total. The group size may be up to 10 people. The operator emphasizes supporting local farmers, artisans, cooks, and market vendors to maintain the region’s traditions. Guests with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or vegetarian preferences can be accommodated with advance notice. Note that the menu may change based on ingredient availability. Transportation to and from the meeting point is not included.
