Participants start by shaping dough and selecting toppings to prepare traditional Roman-style pizza under the guidance of an expert local chef. While the pizza dough rests, the chef gives a live demonstration of gelato making, explaining the process and history of this Italian dessert. After the demonstration, participants prepare gelato themselves by mixing ingredients to learn about its texture and flavors. All necessary ingredients for both pizza and gelato preparation are included. At the end of the class, participants eat the tasty pizza and gelato they made, accompanied by Italian wine or soft drinks for children. Each participant receives a certificate of completion and a recipe booklet. The class operates in all weather conditions and does not include hotel pickup or drop-off. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Dietary restrictions should be communicated when booking. The class is not suitable for people with celiac disease. Pets are not allowed. No refunds are given for no-shows. Gratuities are optional.
