After the market visit, the group moves to a professional kitchen studio located near Asakusa and Kappabashi. A certified MagicalTrip guide leads a hands-on cooking session focused on Washoku, traditional Japanese cuisine. Participants practice knife skills, prepare dashi broth and sushi rice, and cook classic dishes such as miso soup, eggplant dengaku, dashimaki tamago, and sushi. After cooking, everyone sits down to eat the meal they prepared together. The class includes all ingredients, lunch, tea, two cans of alcoholic or soft drinks, and photos taken during the experience. Recipes are provided to help participants recreate the dishes at home. The entire 4-hour experience is conducted with a local guide.
