Belmond Trains

After pickup at your hotel in Cusco, you take a 20-minute drive to Poroy Station. There, you receive a welcome drink before boarding the train. The Belmond Hiram Bingham features 1920s Pullman cars with polished wood and brass interiors and seats for no more than 84 passengers. During the three-hour train ride to Aguas Calientes, you may visit the observation platform, bar car, and two dining cars where a three-course lunch is served alongside sommelier-selected wines. The lunch menu includes Wayllabamba trout with fava beans, lamb cannelloni with spring greens, and organic cocoa dessert with pineapple and Maca toffee.
